Delay in installation can I claim for virgin bills
I was supposed to have sky broadband installed on the 14th of May, however due to delays it was only installed on the 4th of September. Meanwhile I've been paying my expensive Virgin Media bill while waiting, and virgin wouldn't let me downgrade the package as they knew I was cancelling and it would mean taking out a new contract with them. Can I claim back my Virgin Media bill costs from Sky as well as getting the compensation from the automatic scheme?
