Debt

I had a DRO and my debt has now after 1yr been written off, yet on my Credit Report on Money Saving Expert the debt is still showing as a unpaid balance. How can I get Sky to rectify this and inform them to update my credit report without having to resort to calling them?

As I understand it, you need to raise it with the credit reference agency and they'll follow up with Sky, as necessary.

No it's not the agency, they are all updated by the companies like sky. I know this because my other creditors have notified the credit reference agencies. They can only act on the information from the company that holds/held the debt.  But thanks.
