Hi so I missed 1 payment on my sky mobile bill and I received a letter from the debt collector saying I have to pay them witch I have payed it off but it's still not showing up on my sky account that I have resolved the payment

Yes it was 1 payment off £37 from September that I thought I had paid but apparently not

You will have to wait for the payment to be transferred by the debt collection company (by whatever means they use) and clear in Skys account before anything is likely to be updated. Is your mobile service working or is it still restricted?

I paid it at the end off December after I got the letter at the beginning of December but it's not updated on my account so I was just wondering how long it would take and yes my phone still works has not been cut off
