Deactivate my account, as no longer a customer

Can anyone help me deactivate and shut down my online account.  I moved back to my parents so sky subscription no longer exists but I keep getting redirected mail and want to shut down the account completely

@PHG180 you have a right to 'erasure' as explained in Sky's help guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/privacy-hub-rights

Some details won't be erased for 7 years - I suspect that includes account data.

@PHG180  Have you cancelled all your services at the previous address?
