Data and mobile contract

Sky mobile and data contracts are billed separately. Can I cancel my data/call contract but continue to pay for the handset until I have paid it outright, or do the two contracts end on the same date?  My contract ends in August 2025 but I would like to get a sim-only contract from another provider.

You can cancel the sim if you have had it and been paying for it for 12 months or more, the number to call Sky on to do this is just 150. If you haven't had it for 12 months then Sky are within their rights to say it can not be cancelled until the 12 months are up.
