Customer care lies

I spoke to 3 different customer care members and was told id have engineer out for 23rd with a 15euro fee.. today im told thats not possible. I was told absolute lies. When i stated all calls are recorded she told me the call recordings are not available that they werent been recorded yesterday. Asked to speak to superviser - none available, asked to cancel - cant do that either. Ive no service until after Christmas they say now. They are robbing liars and im a customer 10+ years. Useless service and zero help.

Yup, the offshore customer services reps for Sky news seem to not have a clue what they are talking about. Unfortunately recently you aren't the only person to post on this forum by you have been told incorrect information from them.

So all Sky calls are recorded and can be listened back to by Sky. The best thing to do is to raise an official complaint with Sky and they will be able to access the recordings as part of the investigation.

All the details about the complaints process can be found here:

What's the underlying issue?

They would normally credit for the lost period from the time of reporting to resolution if you ask.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
