Customer Service is letting the engineers down by the sheer lack of support for your customer

I got my bill and I looked up my next bill only to see items on it that I need to query.  I'm half an hour now typing to a computer and I may as well be down town riding a bike

In case you aren’t aware you’re not automatically contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are customers trying to help other customers. You could call Sky, or better still is your billing query something we fellow customers here can advise on?
