Credit

I have recently left Sky but am showing £21 in credit. Today is the day that my DD is usually taken, so when am i likely to see this credit refunded?

If you successfully cancelled refunds can take up to six weeks from the last day of your connection. If you like we can ask the Messaging Team on here to contact you whereby the refund can be processed within 3-5 working days so let us know.

Yes, i would like the credit issued ASAP, not in six weeks' time.  Equipment has been successfully returned, no other outstanding payments are due, so there is no need for this ridiculous timescale. Thanks

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
