Hello first time using sky mobile , I bought an IPad ending of April and I'm meant to be paying £20 per month , I called sky some time back to confirm when my first payment was as the app was telling me a date that had already passed and was told the 1st of June, I logged into the app again yesterday and I see that I've missed a payment for the 26th May , I thought it was automatic so I decide to manually pay the money today and when I check previous bill it says payment received but when I check next bill it says "balance carried forward" credit of £40 , sorry I'm just confused as to what this means and will I also have to pay £20 again on the first of June. Sorry and finally while the app says that may second bill is on the 1st of June , when I changed my payment method to direct debit today as I thought maybe that's why the first payment didn't go through it tells me " due 1st July" so im very confused. Apologies if my explanation is confusing, also if it makes a difference MySky tells me my first bill was meant to be on the 3rd of May but nothing was ever taken.

It is difficult for us fellow customers to know what is going on without seeing screenshots of your bill so if you would like to post some images here we can take a look. If you are going to do this then make sure you blank out your name, account number and credit agreement number.
I do know that changing your payment method will change the date which might be why it has changed to 1st July.

pay that bill which is why the total will be £0.00. The same should happen on your August bill as you will still have £20 credit left which will be used to pay the £20 that Augusts bill is.
