@Hollyanddave
Refunds should normally take about 6 weeks from your last day of connection, but recent posts suggest in some cases it is taking longer.

We can potentially help you get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

Note that if your payment method has been cancelled Sky will either have to reinstate your payment method or manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so it’ll it further delayed.

Before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm in your reply if it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account and whether the payment method is still active.

Re: Credit to be returned after leaving Sky

I have cancelled the Direct Debit linked to my account so I would need to have a cheque raised for the Credit.

Credit for cancellation of Sky Broadband Superfast - 11 days - £12. 65showing on my account
At the bottom of the bill it Says that the 312.65 Credit goes towards paying your next bill(s)

@Hollyanddave  Just for awareness cheques can take longer to process, however to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team. This link explains how it works https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147#M1014

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble which will likely be from tomorrow.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
