Hi . Recently left sky . Products were sky Q and broadband. There is 38 pound credit on my account.

I would just like to know when does this get paid back into my bank account.

It normally takes up to 6 weeks from the last day of connection. Is the amount definitely showing as a credit on your Sky account? If it is we can get you some help on here via the Messaging Team whereby they should be able to reimburse you within the standard 3-5 working days.
