I cancelled my broadband in November and have had bills for December and January with £42.05 credits which haven't yet been paid into my bank account.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.

Hi - I hoped this had been resolved however the subsequent email and credit were for just £42.05 when there were 2 credits in this amount, so 1 is still outstanding. These payments should have been made automatically without having to request them.

I've received a £42.05 payment into to my account but as there were 2 credits it should have been £84.10.
