Good Morining. I cancelled my broadband, sky Talk, and Tv package on the 10th November 2023 and switched to the basic sky stream package. I was told that the services would be cancelled on the 24th November 2023 and it would take 45 days for the any credit to be automatically returned via the direct debit. As of today 5th Feb 2024 I have still not received a refund. What is the best way to arrange for the refund to be processed?

Hi,
Yes. as of the 13th December the account has been showing -£134.25. I have received no communication from sky regarding this credit other than at the time of cancellation when I was informed that the refund would automatically returned.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
