Credit on tv account but moved to glass

Weve recently moved to sky glass and on our account it says we have credit on the old tv/broadband (changed broadband provider) i was wondering if this could be moved to the glass payment instead of a refund

It can't be transferred to your Sky Glass account so will have to be refunded, this can take around 6 weeks but can also be sorted via here in 3-5 working days if you would like Sky messaging team to contct you via here tomorrow about this ?
