Hello. I recently added on the sky sport package. In my bill I have been charged for this but ALSO have a "Credit for Cancellation of Sky Signature - 28 days
" deduction of £29.35. This means I have paid an extra £29.35 on top of usual service and package bought. I am confused because I thought credit meant money owed to me? Many thanks in advance. Bobby

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA credit is money that is owed to you so you shouldn't have paid extra for Sky Signature if this is what you are seeing. If you want is to look at this feel free to post an image of this bill and if you do make sure you blank out your name and account number.

Hello @caesarome - nothing is showing on next months bill unfortunately
I rang sky earlier and they advised it was a normal deduction and although it says credit it's not...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIn this case I don't think it is owed to you as it is just the strange way Sky go about things when a package change is made like the case here with you adding Sky Sports.
