Credit balance on closed mobile account

I finished my mobile contract and there is a small credit balance left on the account. I assumed Sky would just credit it back to my account a paid from by direct debit but they just carry it forward each month. How can I get it refunded and the account closed

@Ms36  how long since you cancelled refunds normally take six weeks from termination
