Hi I am paying 234 euro a month for my sky subscription and the TNT sports doesn't work at all.Can you someone please explain this ridiculously high bill and why TNT us not working.I have a subscriber to Sky TV for nearly 30 years and would expect at least a more reasonable bill amount and have all the channels operational.

What's the issue with TNT? If you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' error, it's most likely because of a problem with your dish setup. Which Sky TV platform do youi use? Sky+? SkyQ? Sky Stream?

Give Sky a call and see if you can negotiate a new discount offer with them.
If TNT is a 'no satellite signal' issue, raise it with Sky at the same time and, they'll arrange for an engineer to come out and check your dish setup.

A new discount will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
