Contracted price but still price increase

Hi

 

I have just signed up for a contract at a set fee. I receive an email in the same 

o th that there is a price increase on 1May. How can this be?

@BryanGr  The list price you pay is not fixed and can increase your discount off it is

 

this is allowable under the terms and conditions you agreed to

The price increase is every April so if yours isn't coming into effect until May it sounds like they have allowed you an extension due to you having just signed up.

@BryanGr that would be the no increase within first 60 days policy also covered in terms and conditions
