Contract

Am I doing this wrong?  Where in 'My Sky' can you see what package you have and their individual renewal dates. Thanks

@Buffy22 It is your minimum term that expires and not the contract itself (unless you physically contact Sky to cancel by giving the required notice). Your contract might be visible via your Message Centre here:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre/contracts#M1014

Or login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates will show:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv#M1014 or
https://www.sky.com/hub/tv#M1014

Alternatively find your first bill in your account and count a further seventeen of them (from either when you first joined or last renewed) as contracts are 18 months in length

@Buffy22  Are you on your first contract with sky or have you been with them for more than 18 months and have since renewed your contract

Sky contracts new and renewed are 18 months in length

so if you know when you signed up or last renewed you should be able to work out from that if you're out of contract

Re: Contract

I have been with them about 5 years but don't know when I last renewed my contract, that's what I need to find out. I'll call them tomorrow. Thanks

What shows against your bills as it might say something like "in contract discount" against certain sections:
