My Sky broadband contract ended in mid-Dec 2023
Sky took another payment for Jan 2024 through direct debit without notice which was nonsense and unacceptable.
One of your agent advised the extra charge for late Dec 2023 and Jan 2024 would be refunded within 3 weeks.
I checked my bank account every week and no refund received by today (29 Jan 2024) which is already over 1 month. I tried to call your hotline as instructed but the system did not let me through.
Would you able to help?

so did you do this and receive email confirmation from sky accepting your request

I submitted my cancel request through an agent 1 month before the contact last day and received a confirmation email.
I double check 3 times with 3 different agents and all confirmed the end date was on the system.

so has 6 weeks elapsed?
