Contract disappears on sky account.
So about 3 years ago I think. I got an iPad contract with my current sky broadband account. Then a year later got an iPhone 14 mobile contract. So i have 3 contracts
Broadband
Iphone 14
Ipad
But only the Broadband and IPhone are showing. The iPad one isn't. It just randomly disappeared.
I tried to talk to an agent who says the iPad is on another sky account which I can't access. I don't even know why or how but I got it on the one I'm using.
I tried to ring to speak to another agent and I'm going round in circles. I don't know which option to use, I just get fobbed off or the call ends every option I'm given. .

If the iPad was ordered on another account then you will need to find out from Sky what the account number is for it then set up a new Sky ID using a different email address which should then allow you to access it.

It was ordered on the account I use. It disappeared. I know the account number which is also linked to my email address.
But I can't access it and can't pay the bill.

There should be a payment method setup like a direct debit or card payment so you shouldn't have to make a manual payment if this is what you mean by you can't pay it.
