Contract and overcharging

I called Sky in November to reduce my payments by removing Sky Sports. I was offered a new deal including SKy sports and I accepted the new contract. In December I was charged the old rate for Sky sports again and received a higher bill not the amount stated in my contract. I queried this and spoke to an Indian call centre worker who misunderstood me and cancelled Sky sports and now I'm being fined for the said cancellation. Help

You will have to speak to them again about this.

 

If Sky Sports was cancelled then did you not query this after it was removed in error ?

Was on phone yesterday asking about what my bill was saying I owed nothing this month well this morning I'm overdrawn after being told my next payment wouldn't b until July

Payments aren't processed at weekends or bank holidays so if you payment date was Saturday or yesterday it will have gone out of your account today. It may well have shown on systems available to the agent as being paid.
