Contract Renewal

My contract is up for renewal on the 1st April so I've received notification that I can start and make chanegs to my account.

 

Called to day as the website doesn't appear to be applying one of the offers that says upgrade now, the automated voice messages also confirm that I can sytart making changes bu twhen I got through to the operetor they say I can't. I've been with Sky almost 9 years and I know in the past I've been able to make changes just before the end on my contract, does anyone know if that policy/practice/process has now changed?

 

Does anyone know how to get the list of all the different porducts too, I've tried viweing it on a machine where I'm not logged on to my SKY account but both methods are as helpful as a choclate teapot.

In contract items need 31 days notice to change.

You haven't said what changes you want to make but if it is downgrading then 31 days notice is required. To upgrade you can do this straight away so if you can't do this online then give Sky a call as they will be able to do both for you.

You can agree a new deal prior to the notice period of the current one if Sky agree.  (I've done this in the past)

 

But given the price increases are to be announced imminently I'd wait...

I'm not looking to remove any products, just make sure I'm on the best pricew possible, for insatcne there is an upgrade offer available for Sky Sports thats £18, it shows as bee navailable for me to apply but doesn't. Sky Broadband Superfast also shows as available for £25, both are savings.

I've just done the same, now missing HD, i cant view updated offer. Sports Pack & Signature now have new contract date bubbles under my sky login but not the Sky HD or Sky Sports HD. Automated email also does not have the HD listed. my question is are they part of the "packs" now?

Update, HD is part of my package even though it's not listed. A quick call confirmed this.
