Contacting Sky

why is it when u try to contact Sky u got to though the automated crap I hate it  I just want talk to a human being is that to much to ask

All calls are received by the automated handling process. What problem are you having with being put through to an adviser?

It was about my bill and someone was meant to ring me but never did some old sky , just don't like automated crap

Almost all firms use call systems to manage incoming calls.
