Contacting Sky Nightmare

Why is it so hard to contact sky?

I want to upgrade my Netflix with sky but spoke to one persone who couldn't help and then the number they gave me was just an automated voice that said they could vix my problem via text.

Why can't I speak to someone helpful?

If you have the Ultimate TV addon (NetFlix) on your subscription then to update to standard (2 screens) you need to add the HD pack.

 

If you want Premium (4 screens) then you need the UHD pack as well.

 

You may be able to add this online.
