Contact with real person

I have switched to another provider for broadband but my predicted bill for August 11 th doesn't reflect my cancellation

@BudSenior your bill is generated two weeks before payment date, so I'm guessing you were still a customer at that point. Any overpayment from the date your Sky service ended will be refunded.

@BudSenior the overpayment will be refunded to your Sky account, and providing you don't cancel your means of payment, should be automatically repaid from there to your bank or credit card within 6 weeks or so. Alternatively, once your Sky account shows a credit, you could contact them and ask for a manual repayment which takes around 5 days.
