Ive been trying to get hold of Sky for 3 weeks to cancel my sky stream but I can never get through on the phone and apparently you can't talk to ANYONE on live chat about TV services.
How the hell do I cancel this service!?!
Ridiculous!!!!!!

Scroll down and select need more help and you will see multiple methods including, email and post.

Hi @Secret
If you are not able to cancel your puck through your MySky account (www.sky.com) then the only other option is to phone them.
To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team. Apparently the quieter times to phone are 7-8 am or 8-9pm
