Contact number on my account

Hi all i have been trying for days now but i can not change my Contact Number on my account info page eveytime i press on Edit Contact Number it justs Reloads the page and edit email address does the same thing can someone help me plz and what is the Contact Number on my account info for.

150 will only work from a Sky service.  You'll need to call the 03 number as detailed above.

@H3DxReturns  Simply call 150 from your mobile to contact sky and they will change it, it can't be done online

Then use whatever phone you have got:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

I have Sky Mobile but i dont have the sim no more so i got a new sim for smarty with a new number so that why i want to change it to my new number.

im going to call them but why will it let me change my email before but not now.
