Connecting now broadband to sky

I'm a legacy now broadband customer and when I try to go through the my account section I'm stuck in this loop where now says I need to go to sky for technical help and sky does not recognise my account name or number when I try to access the broadband account through sky. Has anyone had any success in linking their accounts?

Your post is a bit confusing as to what you are trying to do so are you now a Sky Broadband customer and if so are you trying to set up an ID to access your account ?

Well the email I had said I'm now a sky customer and need to go through them for technical help etc but I can't create an account with sky because they seem to have no record of me

Have you been give an account number, it will be on any email or letter you have had from Sky.

Only an account number from Now which doesn't seem to be recognised. Hence why I'm stuck
