Confirming your sky offer. Missing discount; is this normal?
Hello,
My Dad's Sky TV deal was coming to an end so he went on live chat to see if he could get another deal/provide the 31 days' notice. Live chat came back with an offer only slightly above what he's been paying; he was happy with this so agreed to the 24 months contract.
The 'future bills' correctly reflect this new price but the 'confirming youy sky offer' email only shows the price and discounts for 'SkyTV'. It doesn't show the prices and discounts for Multiroom/multiscreen nor for HD.
Is this normal and does he need to get some further written confirmation?

I'd say if the future bills show all the discounts & therefore the correct prices then all would be ok. You could always call/live chat again to confirm the prices.
