Complaint
Two months ago I left Skyz I spent several hours on the phone with Sky, whereby the assures me that all of my sky products were now cancelled and that my finla bill would be next month. I paid the final bill, received confirmation from Sky, then as instructed returned all of my hardware in the Sky provided packaging.
Then the following month I received a threatening email saying that my service was being paused until I paid my final bill, another £50. On my first post contract phone call with Sky they then claimed that I was still a broadband customer. Sky have now lied to me on several occasions and continue to send threatening and harassing emails to me. I also cannot phone them directly as it states that they will not answer my calls as I have an outstanding balance.
Does anyone have a solution here, this is the worst customer service I have ever heard of and I just need to cut ties with this awful organisation for my own mental health
