Complaint process & South Africa

Looking to see if anyone could help on here ! 

I raised a complaint on my account 2 weeks ago I have called up number of times to which taking time out of my day having to keep calling up. I keep getting through to South Africa contact centre to which has been worse experience of my life trying to get someone to handle this. 


I was told had to wait 5 working days for manager to speak to me which has now passed 2 weeks. Looking to see if someone who can handle the complaint properly will be able to assist please.

  • Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

  • My understanding of Customer Service call centre Managers is that they are there to supervise, support and advise their agents and are not particularly public facing.

I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting here. We are customers on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve a complaint or issue a deadlock letter.

Well where else do we go then if we keep phoning up and no one can help or can't put manager on cause South Africa contact centre is telling up managers are away home or won't take calls ? 

I know this is ran by a team in Livingston who surely could put me onto someone in customer priority or UK contact centre to call me !

As I said, I know it's a team from Livingston who runs this side of the business they can send me a dm & I can give them information they need to contact me. 

I am sure they can ID&V myself once I give them my details to call me on.

Hi @Ras94   Please see Welcome below for information about this community. Way back in the summer we were able to escalate posts to community staff, unfortunately that process has now stopped completely.

I wouldn't hold my breath my friend

 

South African Sky agents are in my opinion the best guys to deal with regarding your complaint

 

They are knowledgeable,  Speak and understand perfect English and really do get stuck in and take ownership

 

Give them a call, They got you bro

That's the problem Iv gave them a call over 15 times, issue still not resolved or heard from anyone in 2 and half weeks. Hence the reason why I am exploring other avenues.
