Hi, can someone tell me how to complain to Sky other than on the phone? I have set out a long involved complaint that needs to be read by the complaints team for them to give me a comprehensive reply. I have tried using the messaging service but they say they don't have the facility to pass a complaint to their Complaints Team and this is too involved to speak on the phone. I have tried using the Sky Complaints form, but when I click submit it constantly says "the form failed to submit" and I have tried emailing an old email address I had sky @ notifications .contact .sky but they haven't replied so presume it's no longer in use. Can anyone help please? It is so frustrating that there is not simply an email address to use shw

Thank you, unfortunately that is the form I have already tried and every time I try to submit it, it says "the form failed to submit please try again later".

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry clearing your browser cache (cookies, history etc) or try a different browser. If you still can't submit the form, you could always write.

Thank you both, I realised I had to shorten the message and send in two parts in order for the form to accept it.
