Hello, I have been waiting for 2 months for my wifi to be installed, when I called Sky and told them I wanted to cancel their service I was told I would be compensated for the wait and if I didn't cancel Sky it would be automatically credited to my account, I agreed.
I had my wifi installed, time passed and I was charged the first instalment. I rang Sky and informed them of this and reminded them of my compensation, they said they would check if I was eligible for compensation and would reply shortly, but there was no reply. I received a call from Sky saying that any compensation would be included in my next bill automatically, but again this was not followed and I was charged. I rang again and again was told to wait and never called back.
I have been waiting for wifi for over 2 months and have not been able to get my compensation for 3 months now.

I've looked at each of my accounts since then, and I've had money debited every month, i can see that without the bills 😄

@Vadym2 take a read of this, it includes details of how to make a complaint specifically in regards to the automatic compensation speed for broadband.
