@Carrie19

There is no compensation regarding TV or lost business (Sky Broadband is a domestic service).

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.

@Carrie19  I can't see how you lost TV with Sky Q as Live TV is satellite delivered and a loss of broadband would not affect ths in any way.   So it's not obvious how TV was affected.

Also using Domestic Broadband for a business is a breach of T & C's no compensation would be forthcoming, you would only be eligible for compensation as outlined by @Daniel0210 .

No loss of business would be covered.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Carrie19

In fact, if it was only down for 2 and 1/2 days you may not receive auto compensation at all.
