Hi there.
After a bit of advice/ guidance please 😁.
I had an outstanding bill with sky (streaming services) I finally managed to clear my bill.
It states "good news" you're services will be up and running within 2 hour's.
On my sky app it's only showing my broadband and sky talk package.
Not showing TV/streaming services package.
Will I need to set up a new package for TV services in order for sky stream to be accessible?
Also I still have original puc's from previous package.
Will I have to have a full new instal to get reinstated?
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thankyou.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

When was your TV service last active, was it less than 56 days ago ?
