Claiming friend referral voucher

Hi Sky,

 

I've just joined Sky after being advised to do so by my friend and can't find out how to claim referral vouchers to say thanks, please advise,

@Broggy  you should have received an email from your friend with a referral link, you needed to signup through that link to be eligible for the rewards, so did you sign up through the link?

 

if you didn't you won't get the rewards as it can't be retrospectively applied to your account 

 

the only way round would be to see if you can cancel your current account and reorder using the link
