Children’s channel I don’t want it
I have children's channel and I don't want it plus do I have to have a phone as I don't use it

To remove part of your TV package (ie Sky Kids) you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at

Sky Talk landline is incorporated in your Broadband subscription but you don't need to actually connect a handset. Just make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff to prevent being charged.
