Hello
I'm 2 months in to a new Sky Q TV, and broadband subscription..
I agreed a monthly cost for 18month contract but they have been adding all sorts of extras on without my consent and now the bill has doubled in the 3rd month. I cannot afford for this to be taken out in January.
Sky Cinema being one, and another add on.
I phone sky twice and they're trying to imply I am cancelling a contract/subscription prematurely. However I NEVER agreed to the extras and it was quite clear what my expectated monthly cost would be.
what should I do? I feel they are stealing my money as they're taking it without my agreement and without telling me.
.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou haven't said how you signed up to the contract in the first place so if it was by phone I would register a complaint giving them as much detail as possible about when you called so they can listen what was said to you:

If it was online do you have any emails that show what you signed up to ?

It was via the phone so I'll ask them to listen back to our conversation
