Charged incorrectly for Sky Sports HD and not refunded

I received email saying:  

We wanted to let you know that when you took Sky Sports as part of your Sky Q/+ package, you should have received Sky Sports HD at no extra cost but were incorrectly charged for this add-on for a period of your subscription.
 
We're sorry this happened and can confirm the issue has been resolved. We have applied a credit of £4.00 to your Sky account, and any credit balance remaining has been refunded to the bank details linked to your Sky account. Please allow 14 days for this refund to show.  I have not been refunded and gave not been able to get any help when calling

I take it you are still a Sky TV customer, if so do you see the £4.00 credit on your account ?

Hi Caesar, thanks.  I do however I have been charged for several years for Sports HD, and this has not been refunded
