Charged for unreturned item

Hi ,

I have received an email about a £50 charge for an unreturned item (sky box) I never recieved this package and also the sky engineer did not need it as he used the old box. The new box was never collected from royal mail and they have returned this to yourselves and I have an email to confirm this i will send on.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Your image is a little confusing. The section I've highlighted within the green box suggests a package from Sky has been returned to Sky??

I dont understand the previous message? Yes the equipment has been returned (as per email) so why am i being charged?

Your were sent a chat invite by the messaging team but according to that post you didn't respond to it which is why it has been closed.

Depending on your settings on here you might not have got an email alert but you would have seen the chat bubble at the bottom of this page so I have alerted them again for you so look out for the chat bubble at the bottom of this page over the next few hours.
