Charged for returned equipment

Hi, 

 

I returned my equipment quite a while ago. I am still getting hounded for payment by debt agency & I have been blocked from purchasing on your sky website. I have the tracking for the label created for postage through your website, can you please tell me how to resolve this and get the money back that I have already paid please?

Before it is sent to a debt collection agency Sky will have contact you a few times about this so what was the result of the discussion you had with them ?

So they contacted you about it and you didn't do anything, in that case this is why it has gone onto the debt agency so to confirm you do have proof of posting ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
