I am also being charged £50. The equipment was sent. Receipt binned. I have even given them the address of the post office it was sent from. I'm not in good health and this is not helping.

It’s Unipart that deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. 

If you haven’t retained the proof of posting any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Would you like contact from the Messaging Team on here to see if they can help?
