I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.
Be aware without proof of posting any removal of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

Hello, the same thing has happened to me. I meticulously packed every item and sent it back to Sky in the boxes you provided well before the deadline. What's more it was tracked back to Sky as well and you have gone charged me for everything ?
I have all of the photos to show the items in the cardboard boxes being packed because I thought this might happen.
How when you even provide the boxes with the barcodes and receive the products back well before the deadline can you not tie this together ???
I would like a full refund and an explanation please before I post on other forums.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MarkWhite0710 I'm afraid you're not speaking to Sky. We're customers here. Do you have proof of postage for the returned equipment?

Yes I do and lots of photo evidence... how do I get in contact with them, I just get a chatbot and get nowhere

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147
When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Until this moment my £165 has not been refunded. This seems like a scam scheme.

There's no scam. Your other post was way back at the beginning of August where you stated you had not retained proof of posting. Have you contacted Sky since then about this? If you have it seems Sky have decided not to refund you without that proof.

I cancelled my Sky service back in August, equipment was returned not long after receiving the returns packaging. Today I've received a 'Final Warning Email, threatening referral to a Debt Collection Agency' for not returning the equipment - despite the equipment being returned. I too cannot lay my hands on the returns receipt - it's been some time since it was sent and I thought it all received.
As a previous Sky customer of 13 years I'm shocked at the threatening language.
Looking at this thread there seem to be many instances of this, how best to escalate this?
Thanks in advance.
