I have recently taken out a full membership with Liverpool FC and the All red TV comes as part of my fee. This allowed me to cancel my Liverpool TV app though Sky Glass. The customer service operator has, for whatever reason, issued me with a new boraoadband contract and charged me £10 (Though I have to say , I could not understand a word she was saying).
I contacted customer service the next day who said ot would be removed - no it hasnt. Utter shambles of a company

The £10 is no doubt an admin fee. These are quite normal when renewing a discount (although that's not what you rang for).
You haven't said how long ago this happened so if it is dragging on consider submitting a complaint

Unfortunatley, the not too bright customer service operator has gone and cancelled my Broadband cotract and issued a new one for which they are still going to charge me £10.
The money doesn't bother me, the incompetance does. How can someone be so bone headed to not understand a simple request which had nothing to do with the Broadband in the first place, and sky are taking sides with the CS. An utter shambles, I'm switching to another provider as sooon as I can

I did NOT renew anything. all I wanted to do was cancel Liverpool TV, even the CS operator I sopke to on Saturday admitted they had made a **bleep** up
