Charged for broadband when cancelled

Hi, I am still being charged for broadband when I cancelled many months ago.

How did you cancel, did you call Sky to give them the required 14 days notice and if so did you get an email acknowledgement after doing this or did you sign up with a new provider ?

 Yet I have been charged since so very annoying.

You are going to have to call them about this @Hannah921 as doing so is going to be the only way to get this looked into.
