Charged for Upfront fee but sky cancelled contract

I was charged £50 upfront for a phone contract with sky, after an hour I received an email saying I didn't pass the checks and they have to cancel the contract , how long before I get my money back ?!

Usually within 14 days but of course it may be delayed over the Christmas holiday period.
