Despite the fact that I packaged the main sky box together with the mini boxes Sky are claimed the mini boxes were not returned, I was charged £136.00. This payment is ludicrous.
I phoned customer support twice, and they assured me that I would not be charged since I had already provided the Royal Mail tracking ID number. My account had been debited with money, and there was no attempt to give a refund.
Who else has had this problem? I will not be returning to Sky if this is how they treat customers who have done business with them for over 15 years.

Thanks for the reply, not sure I still have the code as was back in May. It will be on my notes as they added it at the time. If someone could help that would be ace.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
