Charged Twice for Sky Signature

Last month was charged twice for Sky Signature, once for the full month which I expected and 2nd for 13 days. Bill says changed package on 8th December, despite not changing anything

Are you new to Sky as you are charged twice within your first month as per this:

If not can you post a screenshot of these bills but blank out your personal details like your name and account numbers.
