I've just checked my phone bill and been charged 52p for 5 seconds of a call yet says it's 27p a minute why is this tried contacting sky but to no avail to why
27p for up to 1 minute + a 25p connection charge for all calls = 52p

What type of number was the call to, was it a landline, mobile or a premium rate number ?

And was this a call from your mobile (and if so are you in the UK or are you abroad) or your Sky Talk landline ?
